A Scathing Order

By In Uncategorized On January 20, 2020

A father filed for a divorce and asked for emergency custody of the children. In the father’s motion for emergency custody, he listed a number of serious allegations against my client, the mother. Following a hearing, at which I cross-examined the father about his allegations, the judge issued the most scathing order I have ever read, stating that the father’s assertions in his testimony were “at best exaggerations and at worse outright untruthful statements intended to mislead this Court.”
